André Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Diamantino Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When André Trindade came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Teivas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Trindade couldn't finish the play. Joaquim Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Maia having to interfere. Gabriel Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Leite having to interfere. Diamantino Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Teivas's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Matias came free, but Manuel Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th match minute, SC Macaira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Domingues to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rdth minute of the game Manuel Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Teivas's Manuel Leite was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manuel Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. SC Macaira's Hélder Araújo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Teivas. Diamantino Maia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Manuel Silva came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the SC Macaira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Silva couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Teivas's zone, Manuel Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Leite came out of the goal and Manuel Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If André Trindade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Gabriel Matias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Macaira's goalkeeper Diamantino Maia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
