Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gil Carneiro started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, SC Mucifal's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Magalhães came free, but Vasco Lisboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Pedro Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Mucifal's Gil Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gil Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquim Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Carneiro in the 16th minute of play. Gil Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gil Carneiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Sousa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Manuel Carneiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Hugo Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Lisboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Alcochete booed when SC Mucifal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Hugo Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alcochete's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Leal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Sousa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Alcochete's goalkeeper Joaquim Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Leal. Bruno Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Joaquim Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Vasco Lisboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duarte Macedo in the 57th minute. Vasco Lisboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Magalhães in the 59th minute of play. Gil Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gil Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Joaquim Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Lisboa having to interfere. The supporters of Alcochete booed when SC Mucifal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes Alcochete got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Magalhães. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Carneiro got free with Vasco Lisboa in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquim Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Carneiro in the 85th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Mucifal's zone, Hugo Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vasco Lisboa came out of the goal and Hugo Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Sousa having to interfere. The Alcochete players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Mucifal from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
