Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carlos Fernandes took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 7 minutes, Simão Guerreiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Serapicos and the Sambade FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Serapicos's Simão Guerreiro got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 19th minute Bento Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Assis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bento Faria's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 25 minutes, Hugo Nogueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sambade FC and the Serapicos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hugo Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Daniel Anjos might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armindo Branco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Anjos ran back to his position shaking his head. Armindo Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fernandes in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Alberto Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 played minutes Sambade FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Nogueira. After recieving a nice pass, Serapicos's Rui Marques tried to score from far away in the 32nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 34 minutes of play, Serapicos's Carlos Fernandes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armindo Branco was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Daniel Anjos came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Serapicos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Anjos couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute Bento Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Assis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Assis made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Hugo Nogueira sent off a good shot on target. The Sambade FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Serapicos were winning 0-1.

Bento Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Serapicos's Henrique Viegas got a free kick in the 58th minute. Hugo Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pedro Assis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Bento Faria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Assis. Serapicos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bento Faria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sambade FC's zone, Carlos Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Branco came out of the goal and Carlos Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Anjos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Anjos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Armindo Branco firmly grabbed it by the left post. Carlos Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Armindo Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Sambade FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Fernandes came free, but Armindo Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bento Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Assis having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Sambade FC's Hugo Nogueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Assis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Simão Guerreiro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Hugo Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Assis was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
