Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sérgio Lopes took the kick off in the first half of the match. SC Sobrado's Luís Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Lopes in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Azenha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão Borges to maneuver through the defense. Emílio Nascimento might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emílio Nascimento ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Azenha FC booed when SC Sobrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duarte Guerreiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes, Azenha FC's Cristiano Carvalho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luís Campos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Azenha FC reached it. Ricardo Amorim hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeu Fonseca in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 23 minutes into the match, SC Sobrado's goal looked a bit too open when Armindo Matos came free, but Luís Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Sérgio Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Campos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sérgio Lopes might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Campos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sérgio Lopes ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 40 minutes, Amadeu Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Sobrado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeu Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emílio Nascimento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Soares having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeu Fonseca made a kick off. Armindo Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 53 minutes into the match, SC Sobrado's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Lopes came free, but Luís Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Azenha FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
