Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jorge Luz got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Manuel Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute, Bruno Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Janardo's José Monteiro got a free kick in the 6th minute. SC Laginhas's António Martins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save SC Laginhas from getting a goal against them. Bento Soares came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Laginhas's Joel Abreu. But to his dismay, Joel Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Basílio Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bento Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Branco might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bento Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bento Soares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bruno Branco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 59 minute of play. Bruno Branco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Bento Soares made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Miguel Coimbra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bruno Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. SC Laginhas's António Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Luz in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Bruno Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Laginhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Branco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
