Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gabriel Moutinho scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrigo Luz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, SC Gominhaes's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Moutinho came free, but Rodrigo Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Gominhaes's Rodrigo Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Castro in the 13th minute of play. Paulo Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gomes in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SC Virela's Albertino Fontes got a free kick in the 15th minute. 21 minutes into the match, SC Virela's goalkeeper Paulo Neto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasco Rocha. 32 minutes into the match, SC Gominhaes's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Moutinho came free, but Rodrigo Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasco Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Paulo Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, SC Gominhaes's Vasco Rocha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gabriel Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Luz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Moutinho went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Moutinho to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gomes in the 56th minute of play forced SC Virela's goalkeeper Paulo Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Joel Gomes notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of SC Virela's Paulo Neto. Paulo Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filipe Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Virela! In the 86th minute Vasco Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasco Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Vasco Rocha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Gominhaes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 95 minutes into the match, Joel Gomes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Neto. SC Virela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gomes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Diamantino Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Neto having to interfere.
