Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Touril's Vítor Rocha started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 minutes of play, SC Touril's Filipe Moreira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amílcar Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 11 minutes, Francisco Pinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alares and the SC Touril players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Francisco Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simão Mendes didn't quite understand what happened when in the 13 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When Vítor Rocha came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the SC Touril fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Rocha couldn't finish the play. If Filipe Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, SC Touril's Vítor Rocha ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amílcar Reis. Amílcar Reis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 21 minutes into the match, SC Touril's goal looked a bit too open when Armindo Assis came free, but Simão Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filipe Moreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Amílcar Reis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armindo Assis in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simão Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Alares getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Viriato Cabral hit a great ball. Simão Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Cabral in the 44th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armindo Assis to strike the kick off in the second half. If Armindo Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Armindo Assis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Simão Dias. That made the score 3-1 in the 64 minute of play. SC Touril's Vítor Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Dias having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Vítor Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alares's Amílcar Reis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SC Touril's Simão Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save SC Touril from getting a goal against them. David Freitas's late challenge caught a Alares's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Freitas helped the player get up and apologised. David Freitas hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Pedro Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Simão Dias made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Alares's Armindo Assis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simão Dias. That made the score 3-2 after 86 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viriato Cabral during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amílcar Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Touril's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
