Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Junquinho's Eduardo Leiria started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Afonso Campos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Biscoitos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Afonso Marques in the 14th minute. Jaime Macedo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Nuno Coimbra. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 15th minute. Biscoitos FC's Gonçalo Lisboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Biscoitos FC from getting a goal against them. Biscoitos FC's Gonçalo Lisboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Leiria in the 32nd minute of play. Alfredo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Afonso Campos came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Biscoitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afonso Campos couldn't finish the play. After 37 played minutes SC Junquinho got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Faria. In the 40th match minute, SC Junquinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Torres to maneuver through the defense. In the 42ndth minute of the game Alfredo Machado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Junquinho's Nuno Coimbra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Alfredo Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Biscoitos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Junquinho the free kick. After a rather tough play, Biscoitos FC's Alfredo Machado got a free kick in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 52 played minutes SC Junquinho got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Faria. Nuno Coimbra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Campos, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience was convinced that Afonso Campos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Coimbra was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Alfredo Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Nuno Coimbra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastião Luz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfredo Machado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nuno Coimbra. That made the score 1-2 in the 63 minute of play. Sebastião Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Lisboa having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Biscoitos FC's Afonso Campos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nuno Coimbra. Nuno Coimbra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Baptista during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sebastião Luz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When SC Junquinho's Sebastião Luz in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Biscoitos FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute, Eduardo Leiria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonçalo Lisboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Eduardo Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Lisboa having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Sebastião Luz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gonçalo Lisboa was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Gonçalo Lisboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Luz in the 93rd minute of play. The Biscoitos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Biscoitos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
