Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lucas Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. João Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Carlos Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Amaral might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Campos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Amaral ran back to his position shaking his head. Carlos Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Brito in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moleiro FC's goalkeeper Paulo Moutinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jacinto Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nordeste FC's goalkeeper Carlos Campos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucas Dantas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Dantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Jaime Magalhães made the kick off in the second half. Paulo Moutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Paulo Moutinho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 58th minute João Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Moleiro FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jaime Magalhães fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 64th minute, José Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lúcio Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Nordeste FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Moutinho having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Jacinto Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Moutinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Lucas Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Campos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Carlos Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Amaral in the 88th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Nordeste FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Fonseca. Carlos Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Amaral in the 93rd minute of play. The Moleiro FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nordeste FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Nordeste FC.
