Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cristiano Maia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Martins read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. When Cristiano Maia came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Arengosas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Maia couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Martins having to interfere. Bruno Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Lima's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 24 minutes of play, Arengosas FC's Gustavo Lima made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Martins was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Moura in the 27th minute of play forced Arengosas FC's goalkeeper Eduardo Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xavier Guerreiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduardo Oliveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xavier Guerreiro ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Joazim FC booed when Arengosas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 played minutes Joazim FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Pinto. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Eduardo Oliveira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The Joazim FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arengosas FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Moura made a kick off. In the 72nd minute Daniel Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Cristiano Maia could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Bruno Martins however easily saved by the left post. Gil Dantas's late challenge caught a Joazim FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gil Dantas helped the player get up and apologised. If Daniel Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Maia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Bruno Martins made a huge save. Cristiano Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filipe Fontes during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joazim FC's Daniel Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Joazim FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Arengosas FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Arengosas FC.
