Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristiano Fernandes took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Daniel Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeu Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes Amiozinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Mário Carvalho. Vasco Lopes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sérgio Oliveira in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeu Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Amiozinho FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mário Carvalho hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Vasco Lopes suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 29 minutes into the game, Óscar Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amiozinho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esfrega FC the free kick. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Amiozinho FC! José Oliveira shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Miguel Assunção made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when André Torres sent off a good shot on target. Mário Carvalho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Miguel Assunção made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Torres got free with Miguel Assunção in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The wind increased when Sérgio Oliveira made the kick off in the second half. Sérgio Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Viana having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Daniel Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esfrega FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mário Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Viana having to interfere. Sérgio Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Amadeu Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mário Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mário Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Esfrega FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mário Ramos couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, Amiozinho FC's goalkeeper Amadeu Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sérgio Oliveira. The supporters of Esfrega FC booed when Amiozinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amiozinho FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Daniel Maia scored to the left of an out of position Amadeu Viana, making the score, 0-1. In the 88th minute, Mário Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
