Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Manuel Delgado got the match started through his kick off. Jorge Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Lucas Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Delgado struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Amílcar Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seiros. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Manuel Delgado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seiros's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Delgado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílcar Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorge Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Nozedo's zone, Manuel Delgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amílcar Abreu came out of the goal and Manuel Delgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 played minutes Seiros got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Fonseca. Lúcio Pereira, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 27th match minute, Seiros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Delgado to maneuver through the defense. Álvaro Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Lucas Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Luz in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Seiros's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Luz came free, but Lucas Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Álvaro Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Álvaro Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílcar Abreu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Seiros's Armindo Leão got a free kick in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Nozedo's Lúcio Pereira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Álvaro Luz made a kick off. Jorge Antunes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Lucas Leal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Jorge Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Álvaro Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Antunes got free with Lucas Leal in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Nozedo's Álvaro Luz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucas Leal. That made the score 0-2 after 63 minutes of play. Amílcar Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Delgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álvaro Teixeira in the 74th minute of play forced Nozedo's goalkeeper Amílcar Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match Lúcio Pereira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Leal skillfully saved the ball. Lucas Leal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Luz in the 83rd minute of the match. When Armindo Leão fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seiros's protests and gave Armindo Leão a yellow card for diving instead. Armindo Leão hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Amílcar Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Delgado in the 87th minute of the match. Álvaro Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nozedo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
