Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alexandre Pacheco made the kick off which started today's match. Nuno Cabral took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Neves. Nuno Neves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, SC Defeira's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Cabral came free, but Nuno Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Cabral in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, one of SC Defeira:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Defeira. Rodrigo Assunção hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Nuno Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Branco in the 35th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Nuno Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute Álvaro Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The SC Defeira players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Setubal FC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Álvaro Branco made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Cabral got free with Nuno Neves in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Álvaro Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nuno Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Álvaro Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd minute, Eusébio Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Álvaro Branco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuno Neves having to make a save. Álvaro Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Nuno Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Cabral struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Nuno Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Setubal FC. Jorge Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Pacheco in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Joaquim Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Setubal FC's Nuno Cabral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nuno Neves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Setubal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Pacheco came free, but Jorge Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Setubal FC booed when SC Defeira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Assunção didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Nuno Cabral made a precise shot to the right of Nuno Neves. SC Defeira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. The SC Defeira fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Setubal FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
