Cansino FC's André Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Cansino FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Cansino FC's Carlos Santarém got a free kick in the 7th minute. Gil Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Vieira in the 12th minute of play. After 18 minutes Cansino FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Matos who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Carlos Matos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this André Fernandes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 19th minute Carlos Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. José Correia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Reis in the 40th minute of play forced Cansino FC's goalkeeper André Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Reis was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Rodrigo Aleixo made a precise shot to the right of Gil Rocha. Sabuzedo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 57 minutes of play, Sabuzedo's Augusto Reis made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Rodrigo Aleixo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rodrigo Aleixo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Gil Rocha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Abreu during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nuno Abreu hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Gil Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Vieira in the 90th minute of the match.
