Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Américo Lima started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Vicente Pacheco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 4th minute of the match Carlos Aleixo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vicente Pacheco skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Américo Lima in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Pacheco saved Porteira FC from getting behind. In the 11th minute Américo Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Porteira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Américo Lima came free, but Vicente Pacheco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simão Morais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Óscar Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Valadas FC's Cândido Soares got a free kick in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Américo Lima in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Pacheco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vasco Trindade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes Valadas FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Leão.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vasco Trindade made a kick off. Óscar Faro hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of Porteira FC booed when Valadas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Leão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valadas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Américo Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Pacheco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vasco Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute.
