Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adelino Pacheco made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Monteiro in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasco Nogueira saved Freitas FC from getting behind. Vasco Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Adolfo Gomes, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Adelino Pacheco came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Freitas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Pacheco couldn't finish the play. Vicente Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 minutes of play, Fiaes FC's Vicente Alves made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vasco Nogueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adelino Pacheco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fábio Dantas during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Freitas FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Fábio Dantas hit a great ball. The Freitas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fiaes FC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Monteiro made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Eduardo Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adelino Pacheco took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Fernandes. João Fernandes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Freitas FC's Adelino Pacheco got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Macedo in the 65th minute of play forced Fiaes FC's goalkeeper João Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Fernandes having to interfere. Freitas FC's Fábio Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Eduardo Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Freitas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Macedo couldn't finish the play. João Fernandes came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Freitas FC's Adelino Pacheco. But to his dismay, Adelino Pacheco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Eduardo Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee ignored Fiaes FC's protests and gave Vítor Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. Adelino Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. João Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Freitas FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Fiaes FC to leave the ground with a draw.
