Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When João Borba came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Destriz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Borba couldn't finish the play. 5 minutes into the match, Pocos FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Borba came free, but Manuel Santarém reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pocos FC's Simão Macedo got a free kick in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Reis in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Gueifão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Gueifão came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Pocos FC's Fernando Reis. But to his dismay, Fernando Reis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fernando Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The long shot by Eusébio Monteiro in the 21st minute really tested Manuel Santarém's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pocos FC's zone, António Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Santarém came out of the goal and António Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. António Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Manuel Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Artur Gueifão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Pocos FC booed when Destriz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Alexandre Setúbal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Gueifão having to interfere. António Resende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Destriz FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pocos FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Cruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 53 minutes into the match, João Borba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Santarém. Pocos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Borba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Artur Gueifão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Fernando Reis sped through Destriz FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Gueifão. 76 minutes into the match, António Resende notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Pocos FC's Manuel Santarém. Manuel Santarém was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Armindo Delgado came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Pocos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armindo Delgado couldn't finish the play. João Borba hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute André Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Santarém saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. António Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Santarém having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
