The audience was convinced that Cristóvão Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Porto was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. When Sérgio Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the SC Barbelote fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sérgio Carneiro couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Cristóvão Nogueira fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Miguel Porto, passed just outside the right post. Rogério Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Porto made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Rogério Vieira sent off a good shot on target. Viriato Moura might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Miranda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viriato Moura ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Ucha getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Alexandre Santos hit a great ball. When Alexandre Santos fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ucha's protests and gave Alexandre Santos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SC Barbelote booed when Ucha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Porto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristóvão Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 79th minute, SC Barbelote's Sérgio Carneiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alexandre Miranda. Alexandre Miranda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. If Sérgio Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Miranda made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Viriato Moura sent off a good shot on target. Viriato Moura's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alexandre Miranda firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ucha's Alexandre Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Carneiro in the 94th minute of play. SC Barbelote were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
