Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernardo Vaz started the match with the kick off. 0-1 became the score in the 4th minute when Catarino Ribeiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. João Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Pedro Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sinagoga's Carlos Reis got a free kick in the 11th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Bernardo Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carmanchao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Vaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Catarino Ribeiro in the 18th minute of play forced Carmanchao FC's goalkeeper Lourenço Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Veiga scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Vieira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the game, Paulo Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sinagoga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carmanchao FC the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Sinagoga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Almeida to maneuver through the defense. João Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Óscar Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lourenço Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Sinagoga's Óscar Paredes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lourenço Moura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 36th minute, Catarino Ribeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Sinagoga were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Óscar Paredes was the one to do the kick off. Óscar Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Pedro Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardo Vaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lourenço Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Óscar Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusébio Castro's late challenge caught a Sinagoga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusébio Castro helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sinagoga booed when Carmanchao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th match minute, Carmanchao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Leal to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Fonseca hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Xavier Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carmanchao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Sinagoga players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
