After having played for 8 minutes, Xavier Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Lamelas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Luz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Trapa FC's Rafael Lima got a free kick in the 11th minute. André Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mariano Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trapa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonçalo Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariano Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Garcia having to interfere. Paulo Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Basílio Melo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Lamelas's Basílio Melo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xavier Luz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 minutes of play, SC Lamelas's Xavier Luz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adelino Paredes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the game, Trapa FC's Mariano Neves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gonçalo Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Trapa FC's Abel Tavares got a free kick in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, SC Lamelas's goalkeeper Gonçalo Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Neves. If Basílio Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xavier Luz was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, SC Lamelas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Macedo came free, but Gonçalo Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SC Lamelas getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Filipe Azevedo hit a great ball. Lucas Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Trapa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Luz came free, but Adelino Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Lamelas's supporters rose to their feet, but Basílio Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino Paredes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Paulo Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Gonçalo Garcia. SC Lamelas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After 95 minutes of play, Trapa FC's Paulo Macedo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonçalo Garcia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Trapa FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
