Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Luís Veiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Figueirinha FC's Carlos Delgado got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Luís Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Figueirinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Veiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristóvão Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cucujaes's Joaquim Assunção in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Figueirinha FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Ribeiro in the 10th minute of play forced Figueirinha FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Resende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristóvão Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Delgado in the 12th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Figueirinha FC's Carlos Delgado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristóvão Pinheiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Cucujaes getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Daniel Araújo hit a great ball. Cucujaes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Luís Veiga scored to the left of an out of position Cristóvão Pinheiro, making the score, 1-0. Emanuel Resende came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Cucujaes's Cristiano Ribeiro. But to his dismay, Cristiano Ribeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cristóvão Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Carlos Delgado sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the game, Alexandre Neto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cucujaes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Figueirinha FC the free kick. In the 39th minute, Alexandre Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cucujaes's Cristóvão Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Cucujaes from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Cristiano Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Luís Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cucujaes's Joaquim Assunção in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Figueirinha FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 67 played minutes Cucujaes got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Araújo. Luís Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Francisco Trindade scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Emanuel Resende who was too lazy, 1-3. When Joaquim Assunção fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cucujaes's protests and gave Joaquim Assunção a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cucujaes booed when Figueirinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, José Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Cucujaes's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Delgado came free, but Cristóvão Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Pinheiro having to interfere. Cristóvão Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Luís Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Pinheiro having to interfere. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Luís Veiga sped through Cucujaes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristóvão Pinheiro. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cucujaes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
