Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vicente Nunes started the match with the kick off. With 5 minutes on the clock, Gonçalo Maia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match had been going on for 7 minutes, Teixugueiras's Paulo Ferreira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Júlio Freitas. Simão Leal struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Luís Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reigada. Luís Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reigada's Júlio Freitas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Reigada from getting a goal against them. Teixugueiras's Luís Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Antunes in the 28th minute of play. Júlio Freitas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Resende's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Vicente Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Bernardo Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Queirós's late challenge caught a Reigada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Queirós helped the player get up and apologised. Bernardo Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Augusto Pires dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Júlio Freitas, 2-0. Júlio Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Resende in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Viriato Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Luís Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Garcia having to interfere. If Viriato Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Pires in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio Freitas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Eduardo Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Júlio Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simão Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Eduardo Mota fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reigada's protests and gave Eduardo Mota a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Eduardo Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viriato Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Luís Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teixugueiras's Luís Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Teixugueiras from getting a goal against them. The Teixugueiras fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Teixugueiras's Augusto Pires looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 82nd minute, Augusto Pires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Freitas was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Júlio Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Ferreira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Júlio Freitas. Reigada's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Reigada players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Teixugueiras.
