Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) José Assis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of SC Charneca:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 8 minutes, Bruno Faro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Charneca and the Moncarapacho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Charneca's Bruno Faro got a free kick in the 8th minute. SC Charneca's José Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Pires in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Rui Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moncarapacho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Magalhães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bruno Anjos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viriato Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Magalhães in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bruno Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rodrigo Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Anjos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Adolfo Pires got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Magalhães in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Andrade saved SC Charneca from getting behind. Bruno Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Rodrigo Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rui Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The wind increased when Rui Magalhães made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, SC Charneca's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Magalhães came free, but José Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Magalhães in the 62nd minute of play forced SC Charneca's goalkeeper José Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, João Nogueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Charneca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moncarapacho FC the free kick. A collision led to SC Charneca getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. João Nogueira hit a great ball. SC Charneca's José Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save SC Charneca from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd match minute, Moncarapacho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Guerreiro to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Anjos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Faro in the 76th minute of play forced Moncarapacho FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Magalhães in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, SC Charneca's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adolfo Pires fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Moncarapacho FC's zone, Bruno Anjos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Leal came out of the goal and Bruno Anjos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute Rui Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Andrade made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Adolfo Pires sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of SC Charneca booed when Moncarapacho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. José Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Moncarapacho FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
