Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fábio Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute of the match, Lourenço Teixeira got a very nice opportunity to score, but João Antunes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jacinto Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. SC Resgatados's Lourenço Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fábio Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Antunes having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Júlio Pinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Vilas and the SC Resgatados players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute Tiago Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fábio Gueifão came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the SC Resgatados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fábio Gueifão couldn't finish the play. After 31 minutes of play, SC Resgatados's Lourenço Teixeira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Antunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Delfim Pinheiro put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Paredes. 38 minutes into the game, Manuel Matias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Resgatados's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Vilas the free kick. After 39 played minutes SC Resgatados got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Matias. In the 43rd minute Tiago Amaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delfim Pinheiro to make the kick off. Lourenço Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. João Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lourenço Teixeira scored 2-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Antunes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Delfim Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Daniel Paredes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Óscar Moura hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Daniel Paredes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Amaro in the 88th minute. Lourenço Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC Resgatados's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
