The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Rocha during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gustavo Rocha hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Bruno Rodrigues blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Matias having to make a save. Rafael Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Amorim in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes in the game, Joaquim Ramos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without João Delgado having to interfere. João Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Ramos in the 14th minute of the match. João Delgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Ramos in the 19th minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fioso's goalkeeper João Delgado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Matias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Rodrigues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bruno Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Raul Amorim made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Morais FC's goalkeeper Rafael Matias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Rodrigues. Rafael Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Rodrigues in the 53rd minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Morais FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Paredes. Bruno Rodrigues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Matias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Cabral during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manuel Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Manuel Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Rodrigues's late challenge caught a Morais FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Rodrigues helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fioso fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! Bruno Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fioso walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
