Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emanuel Lima made the kick off which started today's match. Emanuel Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Maia in the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pobrais FC's zone, Emanuel Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Ribeiro came out of the goal and Emanuel Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Teixo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alberto Reis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Emanuel Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Ribeiro having to interfere. Oliveira Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match, Simão Lima tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Augusto Pinheiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 19 minutes into the match, Pobrais FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Maia came free, but Emanuel Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pobrais FC's Jorge Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Emanuel Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Teixo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 38th minute, Afonso Leiria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Carlos Guerreiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Augusto Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Alberto Reis sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Augusto Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simão Lima was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Simão Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pobrais FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Simão Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 54 minutes into the game, Pobrais FC's Alberto Reis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Pinheiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Teixo's Augusto Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Reis in the 63rd minute of play. After 70 minutes, José Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Teixo and the Pobrais FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Teixo getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. José Carvalho hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Reis in the 72nd minute of play forced Teixo's goalkeeper Augusto Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Maia in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emanuel Ribeiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Simão Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Pinheiro having to make a save. If Emanuel Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Maia got free with Emanuel Ribeiro in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Simão Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Augusto Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pobrais FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Teixo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
