Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vítor Vieira took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Vítor Vieira came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Reis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Vieira couldn't finish the play. Oliveira Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Vieira in the 5th minute of play. If Rui Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliveira Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Vieira in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Vieira in the 24th minute of play forced Moninho's goalkeeper Oliveira Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Vítor Vieira notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Moninho's Oliveira Miranda. Oliveira Miranda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Reis. José Borges stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Oliveira Miranda. 0-2. The Moninho players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Reis were winning 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rui Trindade to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Vítor Vieira took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Oliveira Miranda to make any attempt to save it. Henrique Antunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Nunes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Reis getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. André Fonseca hit a great ball. When Rui Trindade came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Moninho fans jumped to their feet. In the 77th minute of the match, Vítor Vieira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Oliveira Miranda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Moninho's Rui Trindade got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
