Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cândido Barbosa kicked off to start the match. Ricardo Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Baptista in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 played minutes Paranho got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Machado. In the 8th minute, Manuel Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Vicente Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Paranho's Bernardo Coimbra made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Coelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafael Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Eduardo Neto made a huge save. Paranho's Eduardo Neto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Paranho from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Vicente Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paranho's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Coelho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Paranho's Lourenço Gonçalves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Cândido Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Temadias FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cândido Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Vicente Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Vicente Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Temadias FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paranho were winning 0-1.

Temadias FC's Ricardo Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Baptista in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55thth minute of the game Cândido Barbosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paranho's Eduardo Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Assunção kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Paranho's Eduardo Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cândido Barbosa in the 57th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Temadias FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Baptista came free, but Ricardo Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Rafael Leite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduardo Neto. Paranho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Leite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tomás Gomes's late challenge caught a Temadias FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes Paranho got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Gomes. Eduardo Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cândido Barbosa in the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Temadias FC booed when Paranho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lourenço Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cândido Barbosa hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Temadias FC's Ricardo Coelho got control of the ball when Bernardo Coimbra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomás Gomes hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Rafael Leite came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Temadias FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Leite couldn't finish the play. After 87 minutes, Artur Almeida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paranho and the Temadias FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Artur Almeida hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Leite in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Neto saved Paranho from getting behind. Eduardo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After some careless play in the Paranho defense, Cândido Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eduardo Neto. The Paranho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eduardo Neto should have stopped the shot. Temadias FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
