Pedro Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Pacheco having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Gonçalves to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Bostarenga! In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Lisga FC. Bento Leal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Afonso Moreira. 2-1. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Sebastião Guerreiro put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Afonso Moreira. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Pedro Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Afonso Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Morais went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Alexandre Tavares's late challenge caught a Lisga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandre Tavares helped the player get up and apologised. Afonso Moreira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastião Guerreiro's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Lisga FC's Sebastião Guerreiro got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the game, one of SC Bostarenga:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Lisga FC a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bento Leal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Bostarenga's Afonso Moreira. 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lisga FC had won after a very even match.
