Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gaspar Dantas kicked off to start the match. Armindo Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Jorge Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Armindo Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, Gondrozeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Costa to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Branco during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artur Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Diogo Henriques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pulga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diogo Henriques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pulga FC's Diogo Henriques got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jorge Pacheco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Coelho having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Gondrozeira's Carlos Miranda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Pires narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Jorge Pacheco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pulga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Pacheco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armindo Coelho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gondrozeira's Armindo Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Henriques in the 30th minute of play. Diogo Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Coelho having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Gondrozeira got a freekick which was hit by Simão Matos. After 39 minutes of play, Gondrozeira's Carlos Miranda made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! Diogo Henriques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Armindo Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armindo Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Henriques in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jorge Pacheco made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Carlos Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Pulga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Dantas came free, but Pedro Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 minutes of play, Gondrozeira's Gaspar Dantas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Gondrozeira booed when Pulga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adelino Viegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Pulga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Miranda came free, but Pedro Pires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Pires read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Gondrozeira's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bruno Nascimento in the 69th minute. Gondrozeira's Bruno Nascimento was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Pires in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pedro Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Pulga FC's Pedro Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Miranda in the 79th minute of play. Jorge Pacheco struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Armindo Coelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pulga FC. After 83 played minutes Gondrozeira got a freekick which was hit by Artur Branco. Pedro Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armindo Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Pacheco in the 96th minute of play. Many of Pulga FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Pulga FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Gondrozeira were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
