Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) André Guerreiro made the kick off and thus started the match. Emílio Borba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Guerreiro in the 9th minute of play. Gaspar Azevedo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Lúcio Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Cascaes's André Guerreiro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Lúcio Teixeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Guerreiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Delfim Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esporao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delfim Nunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delfim Nunes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Paulo Pacheco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 32nd match minute, SC Cascaes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. André Guerreiro took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emílio Borba. Emílio Borba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Paulo Pacheco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The Esporao fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Esporao's João Paredes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 48 minutes into the match, SC Cascaes's goalkeeper Paulo Pacheco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delfim Nunes.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Paredes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute João Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delfim Nunes scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Pacheco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristóvão Borba kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, one of SC Cascaes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Cascaes. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, André Guerreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Cascaes's supporters rose to their feet, but André Guerreiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emílio Borba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esporao's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
