If Daniel Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Gueifão made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when David Setúbal sent off a good shot on target. Henrique Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lúcio Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. A hard shot by Filipe Pinho from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Lúcio Fonseca's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Daniel Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The SC Balde players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
