Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Crasto's Bernardo Ferro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Soares in the 5th minute of play forced Macinhata FC's goalkeeper Daniel Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute of the match, Jacinto Nunes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rui Neto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 10 minutes into the game, SC Crasto's Bernardo Ferro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Neto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, SC Crasto's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Nunes came free, but Rui Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Fontes during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jacinto Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rui Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, SC Crasto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Ferro to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lúcio Mendes during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Macinhata FC's Jacinto Nunes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rui Neto. That made the score 1-1 after 28 minutes of play. Inácio Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Neto having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 37 minutes, Macinhata FC's Jorge Sousa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Rui Neto. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Nunes in the 43rd minute of play forced SC Crasto's goalkeeper Rui Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Nunes made a kick off. David Pires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Neto having to make a save. 54 minutes into the game, José Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Macinhata FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Crasto the free kick. A collision led to Macinhata FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. José Rocha hit a great ball. With a little luck, Macinhata FC's Daniel Neto got control of the ball when Armindo Henriques tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 56th minute of the match Lúcio Mendes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lúcio Mendes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 57th minute, Lúcio Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armindo Henriques during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SC Crasto getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Armindo Henriques hit a great ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Inácio Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macinhata FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armindo Henriques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Daniel Neto made a huge save. Inácio Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Ferro in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Neto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. José Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Rui Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes SC Crasto got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Soares. José Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Neto having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Ferro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Neto was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After 88 minutes of play, SC Crasto's Bernardo Ferro made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Neto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernardo Ferro might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Neto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Ferro ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Ferro in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
