Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel Faria started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Alberto Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 7 minutes of play, Fornalha's Alexandre Rodrigues made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Amaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Gabriel Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jaime Matias struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Hugo Gaspar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Camarate FC. Camarate FC's Daniel Amaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Camarate FC from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Camarate FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paulo Simões was slow to take the kick. During this time Fornalha's players had a chance to rest. In the 29th minute Gabriel Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Amaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Gabriel Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Daniel Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Camarate FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Azevedo. Hugo Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Matias, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Camarate FC's Jaime Matias managed to work through Fornalha's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Jaime Matias dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno Azevedo during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Fornalha booed when Camarate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Azevedo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Alexandre Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Amaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Paulo Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Gaspar having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Paulo Castro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hugo Gaspar. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 80th minute, Tomás Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Carneiro hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Daniel Amaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
