Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alhais FC's Vítor Leite started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Alhais FC's Vítor Leite ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Gueifão. Pedro Gueifão yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Afonso Coelho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Gueifão having to make a save. After a rather tough play, SC Vieirinhos's Paulo Sousa got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 19thth minute of the game Tomás Teixeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alhais FC's Henrique Jesus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 23rd minute when Joaquim Anjos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 31st minute Joaquim Anjos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Joaquim Anjos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacinto Almeida's late challenge caught a Alhais FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. When Vítor Leite came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Alhais FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Leite couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Vieirinhos's zone, Vítor Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Gueifão came out of the goal and Vítor Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jacinto Almeida was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 43 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, SC Vieirinhos's Jacinto Almeida got a free kick in the 44th minute. The long shot by David Sousa in the 48th minute really tested Pedro Gueifão's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomás Teixeira made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Hugo Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Gueifão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Coelho in the 57th minute of the match. After 69 minutes, Emanuel Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Vieirinhos and the Alhais FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 69 played minutes SC Vieirinhos got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Santos. After having played for 72 minutes, Afonso Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alhais FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonso Coelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Afonso Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alhais FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Coelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Gueifão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute Afonso Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Gueifão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Gueifão having to interfere. In the 87th minute Afonso Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Gueifão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, SC Vieirinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Anjos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Carvalho in the 93rd minute of play forced SC Vieirinhos's goalkeeper Pedro Gueifão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
