The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pardelinha FC. 7 minutes into the match, Alhais FC's goal looked a bit too open when André Paiva came free, but Henrique Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Miranda was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Vítor Leite capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vítor Leite really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 15th minute, Vítor Leite reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alexandre Miranda. The goal made the score 2-0. Vítor Pinto charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Pinto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Alhais FC booed when Pardelinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Alhais FC's zone, André Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrique Jesus came out of the goal and André Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Henrique Faro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pardelinha FC's Alexandre Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 49th minute of the match, managed to save Pardelinha FC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vítor Leite stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Vítor Leite made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Miranda. Pardelinha FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Alhais FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Coelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henrique Faro struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Henrique Jesus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pardelinha FC. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pardelinha FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alhais FC.
