Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Óscar Ferro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lourenço Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Paulo Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Mendalvo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lourenço Gaspar came free, but Paulo Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Mendalvo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Ramos to maneuver through the defense. After 13 played minutes SC Passos got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Moutinho. With his leg Gonçalo Barbosa managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Mendalvo FC's Adolfo Brás fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 19 in the game by Adolfo Brás from a close distance when the talented Gonçalo Barbosa managed to make a qualified save. SC Passos's players were relieved. Adolfo Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Passos's Gonçalo Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Passos from getting a goal against them. Paulo Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lourenço Gaspar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Teixeira in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Carneiro saved Mendalvo FC from getting behind. SC Passos's Gonçalo Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save SC Passos from getting a goal against them. Paulo Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Óscar Ferro struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Gonçalo Barbosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mendalvo FC. Óscar Ferro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Barbosa having to interfere.

If Óscar Ferro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Barbosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Brás went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Abel Teixeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Teixeira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th play minute Lourenço Gaspar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Paulo Carneiro. 1-1. In the 79th minute Abel Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Paulo Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Passos. Lourenço Gaspar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mendalvo FC's goalkeeper Paulo Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Cândido Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 minutes Mendalvo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eusébio Mota who took care of the corner kick. Hélder Barbosa was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.
