Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) António Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luís Sá blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gil Garcia having to make a save. Atenor's Gil Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio Torres in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Reigoso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Sá to maneuver through the defense. Lúcio Torres did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Gil Garcia 12 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the game, Lúcio Torres recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gil Garcia. Lúcio Torres showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 20th minute, António Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Oliveira in the 22nd minute of play forced Reigoso FC's goalkeeper Rafael Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gil Garcia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lúcio Torres showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. When Atenor's Adolfo Oliveira in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reigoso FC's goalie prevented a goal. Joaquim Melo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Faro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Luís Sá might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gil Garcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís Sá ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Oliveira in the 40th minute of play forced Reigoso FC's goalkeeper Rafael Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, José Ferro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reigoso FC's Rafael Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Oliveira in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lúcio Torres made a kick off. Gil Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lúcio Torres's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Lúcio Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th match minute, Atenor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Borges to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Lúcio Torres sped through Atenor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gil Garcia. Luís Sá recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Reigoso FC's Rafael Faro got control of the ball when Adolfo Oliveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael Faro made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Adolfo Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute, Luís Sá ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gil Garcia was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henrique Leal during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Atenor's Henrique Leal got a free kick in the 85th minute. Reigoso FC's Rafael Faro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Reigoso FC from getting a goal against them. Atenor's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
