Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Inácio Reis started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes Mourim FC got a freekick which was hit by Artur Esteves. Jaime Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Reis in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Lavre's goalkeeper Amílcar Pereira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bento Gueifão. Bento Gueifão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, João Matias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mourim FC's Bento Gueifão, in the 17th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Mourim FC. Bento Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílcar Pereira having to interfere. Pedro Mendes might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amílcar Pereira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Mendes ran back to his position shaking his head. Mourim FC's Jaime Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inácio Reis in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Bento Gueifão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Lavre's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Mendes came free, but Amílcar Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Inácio Reis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaime Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Catarino Valente in the 42nd minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Mendes to strike the kick off in the second half. Jaime Domingues was a little too slow when Inácio Reis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 59th minute, João Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Domingues acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Humberto Ferreira. Pedro Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílcar Pereira having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, Mourim FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Esteves to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Catarino Valente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inácio Reis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Jaime Domingues when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Bento Gueifão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mourim FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bento Gueifão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílcar Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Pedro Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bento Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inácio Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Domingues having to interfere.
