Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Lanhas FC's Sandro Costa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. António Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Henriques went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Magalhães in the 8th minute of play forced Lanhas FC's goalkeeper Vítor Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Afonso Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Magalhães took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vítor Alves. Vítor Alves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Lanhas FC booed when Juvim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Óscar Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Neves having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Alexandre Magalhães fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vítor Alves, passed just outside the right post. If Afonso Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Magalhães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Alexandre Magalhães made the kick off in the second half. Vítor Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Magalhães in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Juvim's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Costa came free, but António Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lanhas FC's Vítor Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Magalhães in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Magalhães in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor Alves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute, Afonso Pires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vítor Alves was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 66 minutes, Óscar Sá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juvim and the Lanhas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Lanhas FC's Sandro Costa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of António Neves. That made the score 3-2 after 70 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Juvim's zone, Sandro Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. António Neves came out of the goal and Sandro Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vítor Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Pires in the 82nd minute of the match. Sandro Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. António Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A wasted opportunity for Juvim. After a rather tough play, Lanhas FC's Alexandre Miranda got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Alexandre Magalhães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vítor Alves. Lanhas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Magalhães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2.
