Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rui Pedroso took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Aranhas getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Álvaro Melo hit a great ball. Nuno Assunção made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Pedroso in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match João Aleixo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nuno Assunção showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Olhas getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Domingos Nogueira hit a great ball. Aranhas's Nuno Campos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Olhas. In the 16th minute, Delfim Torres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Rui Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delfim Torres got free with Nuno Assunção in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute Fernando Assunção shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nuno Assunção tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Heitor Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olhas's goalkeeper Nuno Assunção, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Aranhas defense, Fernando Assunção kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Andrade. The Aranhas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Andrade should have stopped the shot.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Assunção to make the kick off. Nuno Macedo's late challenge caught a Aranhas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Macedo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Olhas's Nuno Macedo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Delfim Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Assunção having to interfere. A hard shot 58 in the game by Nuno Aleixo from a close distance when the talented André Andrade managed to make a qualified save. Aranhas's players were relieved. Nuno Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hélder Lima's late challenge caught a Olhas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hélder Lima helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Aranhas getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Hélder Lima hit a great ball. Olhas's Nuno Assunção played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Torres in the 71st minute of play. André Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Assunção in the 85th minute of play. Rui Pedroso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rui Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Nuno Assunção tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Nogueira was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 93 played minutes Olhas got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Nogueira. Rui Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Assunção having to interfere.
