Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Santarém started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Marco Santarém managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Santarém was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernando Abreu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 8th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Fernando Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. António Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Óscar Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Santarém, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. António Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Abreu in the 19th minute of the match. Fernando Abreu struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. António Pires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Repolho. In the 25th match minute, Repolho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Nunes to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Óscar Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernando Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Pires having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Abreu to make the kick off. António Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Curia FC's António Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Freitas in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Curia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. Artur Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 61 minutes, Fernando Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Óscar Azevedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Fontes went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Augusto Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. António Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Curia FC's Marco Santarém slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Óscar Azevedo. That made the score 0-2 after 89 minutes of play. Óscar Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Santarém, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Curia FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
