Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eusébio Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. André Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Jorge Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. André Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaspar Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but André Oliveira made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zimbreiros had played much better football throughout.
