Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Joel Silva scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Américo Macedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Joel Silva came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Benvende FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Silva couldn't finish the play. Adelino Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Amares FC's Gaspar Moutinho to fire away a dangerous shot which Adelino Torres despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Armando Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Silva in the 23rd minute of play forced Amares FC's goalkeeper Américo Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Joel Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Américo Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benvende FC's Armando Faria got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Amaro during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manuel Amaro kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. If Afonso Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Silva in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Américo Macedo saved Amares FC from getting behind. When Heitor Gaspar came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Amares FC fans jumped to their feet. Américo Macedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Benvende FC. Joel Silva took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Américo Macedo. Américo Macedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Silva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rafael Baptista took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adelino Torres. Benvende FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hélder Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Barros in the 63rd minute of play forced Benvende FC's goalkeeper Adelino Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Heitor Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67thth minute of the game Heitor Gaspar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Benvende FC's Adelino Torres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Amares FC's zone, Joel Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Américo Macedo came out of the goal and Joel Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaspar Moutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspar Moutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st match minute, Amares FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Moutinho to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Silva in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Américo Macedo saved Amares FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Joel Silva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Américo Macedo. That made the score 1-3 in the 86 minute of play. Hélder Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Joel Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Benvende FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 97th minute, Heitor Gaspar made a precise shot to the right of Adelino Torres. Benvende FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4.
