Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Xavier Queirós took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ricardo Araújo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xavier Matos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Reguengo getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Paulo Macedo hit a great ball. Cristóvão Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hélder Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Reguengo got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Macedo. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Amadeu Borges managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reguengo's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeu Borges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xavier Matos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute, Ricardo Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Reguengo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Afonso Faro walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavier Queirós in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélder Dias saved Reguengo from getting behind. Hélder Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Almeida in the 33rd minute of play. Rogério Mota hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. João Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Ricardo Araújo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xavier Matos. Ricardo Araújo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Amadeu Borges did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Xavier Matos 45 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardo Araújo made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Reguengo's Amadeu Borges made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xavier Matos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xavier Matos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Araújo went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After 66 minutes, Cristóvão Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Passarias and the Reguengo players grew even worse after the yellow card. 67 minutes into the match, SC Passarias's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Borges came free, but Xavier Matos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, João Almeida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hélder Dias. Reguengo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Almeida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Xavier Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Araújo in the 77th minute of the match. Xavier Matos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Passarias's Cristóvão Amorim got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Cristóvão Amorim off the ground. Carlos Vieira hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Amadeu Borges struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Xavier Matos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reguengo. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Reguengo had won after a very even match.
