Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Emílio Faria kicked off to start the match. Vítor Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Faro in the 8th minute of play. If Vicente Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Alexandre Faro in the 13th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Faro in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor Rocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vicente Paredes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lúcio Ribeiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by António Pacheco during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. António Pacheco kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 0-1 became the score in the 22nd minute when Emílio Faria elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 25 minutes into the game, Simão Bessa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paparia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Amiar the free kick. After 26 played minutes Paparia FC got a freekick which was hit by Simão Bessa. After a rather tough play, Paparia FC's Alfredo Porto got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th match minute, Paparia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, SC Amiar's Lucas Valente tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Emílio Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Ribeiro having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Sérgio Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Cristiano Sousa in the 37th minute really tested Vítor Rocha's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 39th minute of the match Paulo Vaz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lúcio Ribeiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Alexandre Faro made the kick off in the second half. Simão Bessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Faro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vítor Rocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Emílio Faria got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Xavier Leiria charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xavier Leiria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Amiar booed when Paparia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lúcio Ribeiro was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Emílio Faria capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emílio Faria really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Vítor Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Faro in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, SC Amiar's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Faro came free, but Vítor Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to SC Amiar getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sérgio Lopes hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Emílio Faria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lúcio Ribeiro. That made the score 0-3 in the 81 minute of play. Sérgio Lopes hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Emílio Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Ribeiro having to interfere. If Simão Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Alexandre Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paparia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Faro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Bessa in the 95th minute of play forced SC Amiar's goalkeeper Vítor Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Faro in the 97th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Amiar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
