Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Paulo Esteves made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Raul Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crastos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Pacheco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Raul Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Esteves in the 17th minute of play forced Crastos FC's goalkeeper Bento Borba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Ricardo Gueifão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bento Borba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, Paulo Esteves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bento Borba. Crastos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Esteves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lourenço Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lourenço Silva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Afonso Pacheco came out and tried to block the shot, but Lourenço Silva slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 37th minute. Raul Alves struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Afonso Pacheco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crastos FC. Lourenço Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Alves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sabugos's Afonso Pacheco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lourenço Silva in the 54th minute of play. Paulo Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Gueifão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bento Borba having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Ricardo Gueifão notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Crastos FC's Bento Borba. Bento Borba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69thth minute of the game Raul Alves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sabugos's Afonso Pacheco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 72 played minutes Sabugos got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Gonçalves. The supporters of Crastos FC booed when Sabugos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasco Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lourenço Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Afonso Pacheco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Paulo Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Lourenço Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sabugos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
