Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bernardo Garcia kicked off to start the match. Miguel Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Garcia in the 10th minute of play. Rui Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. António Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Pedro Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rui Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Chan's José Freitas got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Rui Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talasnal's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Luz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lourenço Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Anjos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Vale having to interfere. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chan's goalkeeper António Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rui Luz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without António Pinho having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Talasnal's Hugo Brás got a free kick in the 38th minute. After 43 minutes, Hugo Brás made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chan's António Pinho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Miguel Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Anjos's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
With a little luck, Chan's António Pinho got control of the ball when Hugo Brás tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguel Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. António Pinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Brás in the 65th minute. After 65 played minutes Chan got a freekick which was hit by Lourenço Leite. Rui Luz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but António Pinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. José Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Chan's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rui Luz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Miguel Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Maia in the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Talasnal's Lourenço Gonçalves got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bernardo Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Vale having to interfere. Bernardo Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Miguel Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Talasnal's goal looked a bit too open when José Freitas came free, but Miguel Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Talasnal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Talasnal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
