Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Nuno Aguiar made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Filipe Assis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Favais's Cândido Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Aguiar in the 5th minute of play. Bruno Figueiredo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Machado having to make a save. In the 10th minute, Nuno Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, SC Cadavao's Humberto Garcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cândido Leal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiago Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, SC Cadavao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Santarém to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiago Neto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armando Machado. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. When SC Cadavao's Nuno Aguiar in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Favais's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, SC Cadavao's Nuno Santarém got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Favais's goalkeeper Cândido Leal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tiago Neto might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiago Neto ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tiago Neto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Bruno Figueiredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiago Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Machado having to interfere. After 65 played minutes SC Cadavao got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Macedo. In the 70th minute, Nuno Santarém hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Figueiredo in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Machado saved SC Cadavao from getting behind. A hard shot 78 in the game by Humberto Garcia from a close distance when the talented Cândido Leal managed to make a qualified save. SC Favais's players were relieved. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Humberto Garcia sped through SC Favais's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cândido Leal. In the 84th match minute, SC Favais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Assis to maneuver through the defense. When Tiago Neto came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the SC Favais fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tiago Neto couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Bruno Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Favais's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiago Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
