Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bento Macedo got the match started through his kick off. Bento Macedo let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 4th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Freitas got free with David Abreu in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to SC Silgueiros getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Vítor Ramos hit a great ball. After 21 minutes, Gustavo Fernandes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Silgueiros and the Meijoadela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Meijoadela FC a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amílcar Gaspar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Silgueiros's Carlos Santos. 1-1. Carlos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Cabral in the 27th minute of the match. Carlos Santos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simão Cabral went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, David Abreu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Amílcar Gaspar charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amílcar Gaspar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amílcar Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Joel Freitas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but David Abreu made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, SC Silgueiros's Bento Macedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Abreu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Bento Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Meijoadela FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacinto Matos made a kick off. SC Silgueiros's Carlos Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Silgueiros from getting a goal against them. Carlos Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Matos's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. David Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Freitas in the 61st minute of play. David Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bento Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Simão Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Jacinto Matos rounded SC Silgueiros's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Jorge Viegas charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Viegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes Meijoadela FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Viegas. Joel Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Abreu having to interfere. Meijoadela FC's David Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Freitas in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Jacinto Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simão Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Santos having to interfere. When SC Silgueiros's Bento Macedo in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Simão Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Viegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacinto Matos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Santos having to make a save. The SC Silgueiros supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Meijoadela FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Meijoadela FC.
